This is part of my furniture designs.I made this cahir with raw tree branches,steel strips,banana fibers(the mid section of the banana plant leaves).Also some details from sand and peebles.

When i saw this woman and her arm,with this kind of "history under her skin" and her bracelet.I can guess many life experiences in her.Look at her brazalet and note her religiuos believes.Made to practice santeria.

The Flamboyan tree is very common in the Caribbean,comes in yellow,blue and this one orange-red.

El "Valle de Loizaien se beneficio " fue de gran valor a la agricultura.Este estuvo sembrado de cana de azucar y fue uno de los grandes recursos economicos de Puerto Rico,ya que se exportaba a varios paises.De esto tambien se beneficio la industria del ron y sus destilados.

Taino 1

Taino is the name of our native indians.Some historians resarch found that the Tainos,who live in the forest,when they walk thru it they invoque to the trees to search for messages from the outer world,thus this inspire me to work this theme.I use raw dry wood sticks,sand,small rocks,seeds, and roots.All this materials where used by the atinos in their everday living.

Buey de arar

This bull also known as "Buey de arar" are in extinsion.But i find this one nearby where i live and is still working by poor farmers localy.His weight is 2,000 pounds aprox and is almost 12 years old.
